We need to find the the dimensions of the length and width of the frame Zach purchased,

Area of a rectangle is given by : A = lb


x(3+x)=18\\\\x^2+3x-18=0\\\\x^2+6x-3x-18=0\\\\x(x+6)-3(x+6)=0\\\\x=-6,3

Neglecting negative value

Width = 3 inch

Length = 3 + 3 = 6 inch
