Formula=(2m)²,(m²-1)².(m²+1)²
according to ques
smallest number =14
means 2m =14
m=14/2=7
m²-1= 7²-1= 49-1= 48
m²+1=7²+1= 49+1=50
hence the required triplet is 14, 48 and 50
