I think that they are people that take the wrong path in life to try and forget about something or maybe when they were young they wants to be cool or etc. As the other answer said, I feel sorry for them but we shouldn’t say of he/she/they was an idiot for taking the drugs. People always make mistakes in life, big or small. So we should try and help them be the better person he/she/they are
