Which is the equation of a line that has a slope of 1/2 and passes through point (2, -3) ?​

Slope form: y = mx + b
mx = 1/2x
y = 1/2x + b
Plug in points to find b
-3 = 1/2(2) + b
-3 = 1 + b
b = -4
Final equation: y = 1/2x - 4
