Sum = -3

First no. = -15/7

Second no. = (-3) - (-15/7)

= -3 + 15/7

= -21/7 + 15/7

= (-21 + 15)/7

= -6/7

The second no. is -6/7.

Answer:

(-6)/(7)

Explanation:

Let the other number be 'x'

x + (-15)/(7) = -3

x =
-3 + (15)/(7)

= (-3*7)/(1*7) +(15)/(7)\\\\=(-21)/(7)+(15)/(7)\\\\= (-21+15)/(7)\\\\= (-6)/(7)
