Answer: Here's your answer!

A headteacher, headmaster, headmistress, head, chancellor, principal, or school director is the staff member of a school with the greatest responsibility for the management of the school.

And A Supervisor, or also known as foreman, boss, overseer, facilitator, monitor, area coordinator, or sometimes gaffer, is the job title of a low-level management position that is primarily based on authority over a worker or charge of a workplace.

The headmistress is like the principal. The supervisor supervises the principal and all other associates staff members. Hope this helps!
