1. Find slope
(Y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(13-5)/(-8+7) = 8/-1 = -8
y = -8x + b
5 = 56 + b, b = -51
Equation: y = -8x - 51
2. (-4-1)/(0-15) = -5/-15 = 1/3
y = 1/3x + b
Now do the rest on your own
