is the billboard than the drawing?

Explanation:

Well the drawing is 36.7 ft and the billboard is 0.51 ft. So we just have to do some simple division 36.7/0.51 multiply both by 100 to get 3670/51 and that will lead you to 71.9607843 It's a weird number but i believe its correct! Hope this was helpful!
