In Peru la quinceñera walks down the stairs at 12 midnight. In Peru they also have a cake with a ring on it with strings inside the cake and the quinceñera and her friends pull the strings and whoever wins the ring gets to keep it. Also the quinceñera throws a bouquet and the guy that catches get to dance with her. In Puerto Rico the quinceñera will receive a bracelet or ring. They also receive bibles. I’m Peruvian so I’m not so sure about Puerto Rico but I hope this helps :)
