If you could remove one Amendment from the Constitution, which one would you remove and why? (Please note – you cannot choose to remove 18 since it was already “technically” removed already by Amendment 21 and you have to remove one.)

I would remove The 2nd amendment.

Step-by-step explanation:

The 2nd amendment was really controversial since it gave the "Right" for the citizens to bear firearms.

The word "Right" indicates that it is something that is given to all citizens regardless of their situation or mental psyche.

Even though the vast majority of gun owners do not cause problems, the small part of the population who are experiencing mental issue sometimes could acquire these firearms and conducted an act of terrorism. (example of this would be the school shooting).

This is why I want to remove the amendment and maybe replace it with some strict regulations on how to acquire firearms.
