x-2y=-6 ...(1)

-2x+4y=-3 ...(2)

Multiply equation (1) by 2

So,

2x-4y=-12 ...(3)

Now add equation (2) and (3).

-2x+4y + 2x-4y = -3+(-12)

0=-15

It means that there is no solution of the given equations.
