When we think of pronouns like ‘She’ ‘Him’ ‘Her’, they are used in sentences in place of a regular name. If the proper nouns (which is a persons name) were always used, sentences and paragraphs would run on and not make any sense. That’s why we say “Cindy has a bracelet which she loves very much” and not “Cindy has a bracelet which Cindy loves very much”. If this made sense please let me know!
