Remember this, Independent variable is the thing that I change. Dependent variable is the thing that depends on another variable. Lastly control variable is the thing that is kept the same.
In this case it would be C, the responding variable (aka Dependent variable). Since the amount of germs killed depends on what conditions it’s in. I hope that helps!
