Answer:

Explanation:

Use two points and find slope initially so,

(-3,18) (0,12)

18-12=6 , -3-0= -3

so the slope is 6/-3 = -2 so by this answer is either a or b .

further apply y =mx + c as it linear to find c

y= -2x + c

0 = -2x6 + c

c = 12

so slope is -2 , c is 12
