If two lines on a graph meet at one coordinate, does that mean the two equations had one solution, no solution or infinitely many solutions?

Answer:

They both had one solution

Explanation:

If the graphs of the equations intersect, then there is one solution that is true for both equations. When the lines are parallel, there are no solutions, and sometimes the two equations will graph as the same line, in which case you have an infinite number of solutions.

Answer:

One solution

Explanation:

It is simple to remember the one, no, and infinitely many solutions and how they work by thinking about how many place the lines touch or cross. you'll get the hang of it =) keep it up.
