Answer:

Women are often the ones in charge of the family, and they are the ones that carry the pregnancy and birth. If they have the power to decide whether they want family and education to learn about their health and means of reproduction, they can choose what they want to do with their bodies and family. This brings the end of overpopulation and helps people who live in poverty, as well as reduces infant mortality.

Step-by-step explanation:

Women are the key factor of reproduction, much more than the men – they carry the baby, give birth and, in most societies, are the ones having a larger role in the child’s upbringing. By having gender equality in society, women have autonomy and the right to chose what to do with their bodies, are they ready to have the baby, and whether they want to go through the pregnancy.

Education is important as well as it is the channel through which women learn of their rights, health, and reproduction. By learning about their bodies and sex education, they realize how can they control reproduction, what are the means of safety, and measurement of population management.

With this, the overpopulation can be prevented, especially amongst the population that is considered to be living in poverty. As these classes of society often don’t have the privilege of education and body autonomy, they often have very large families which they can’t support. With this, there is also a high level of infant mortality. In order to prevent this, women should be educated and be given equal rights.
