x1= -4/3 x2= -6/5

Explanation:

y= (3x+4)(-5x-6)

now first we replace y with a zero 0

0=(3x+4)(-5x-6)

now we put the 0 to the right

(3x+4)(-5x-6)=0

when the product of factors 0, at least one of the factors is 0 so we do this:

3x+4=0

-5x-6=0

now we solve 3x+4=0 and it leads to:

x=-4/3

after that we do the same for -5x-6=0:

x2=-6/5
