So from this I’m assuming you don’t know the connnection between graphs and linear equations.

Let’s do an example together.

The 3x is your slope (your rise and run)
Specifically this one is up 3 and to the right once

Your 5 is your y-intercept. That is where the line crosses the y-axis.

All in all, your line should look like this:
