Answer:

(SEE BELOW)

Step-by-step explanation:

Disclaimer: I just graduated 8th grade American History, so this is purely based on memory. Though recent, I might be a little bit mixed up. Apologies for any errors!

Question 1:

A.

Why? The colonists were getting English taxes, and they had no voice --they were not being treated as English citizens, so why should they be taxed? This was the reason the colonists were upset.

Question 2:

C.

why? The colonists were taxed because the British lost a lot of money during the french and Indian war and needed to pay somehow.

Question 3:

D.

Why? A similar reason to the question above + That same year, they didn't want the colonists to cross the Appalachian.

Question 4:

C.

Why? LIke in the first question, the colonists were taxed as English citizens but not treated like them. The Sons of Liberty protested this.

Question 5:

B.

Why? Again, the colonists were taxed without representation. D is also valid for this question depending on the timeframe--after a few years, some acts were in fact repealed, so it really depends on the year.

Question 6:

B.

Why? I'm sure you know about the Boston Tea party--that is a valid illustration and evidence for this answer.
