1/2^15 (first answer) if you put the question on calculator the answer will be 1/32768 and the first answer is also 1/32768 therefore it makes it equivalent

You multiply the powers because there are brackets to get 2^-15, then because the power is negative you put it in a fraction so your answer would be the first option
