Answer:

\huge\boxed{Metaphase}

MITOSIS:

It has four stages,

1- Prophase: The chromosomes are condensed into the X-shaped structures that can be easily seen under a microscope.

2- Metaphase: The chromosomes come end-to-end at the center (equator) of the cell.

3- Anaphase: In this Phase, The sister chromatids are pulled apart by the mitotic spindle to the opposite poles. One spindle fiber pull a chromosome to one pole and other spindle fiber to the other pole.

4- Telophase: At each pole of the cell a full set of chromosomes gather together.

As we can see that the chromosomes are densed in the middle so it shows that the cell is dividing by the mitotic division and it is under the mitotic phase

Answer:

Mitosis ends with telophase, or the stage at which the chromosomes reach the poles. The nuclear membrane then reforms, and the chromosomes begin to decondense into their interphase conformations.
