Explain why a blunt knife cannot cut the vegetables properly?​

Answer:

when we use a blunt knife, as force is applied on more area, pressure is less and it is difficult to cut vegetables. As in the property the pressure and area is inversely proportionate that means if the area is more pressure exerted will be less as the pressure will be distributed in the area

Answer:

The pressure exerted by the sharp knife edge is more than that exerted by the blunt one because the area on which force is exerted with a sharp knife is very small.So blunt knife cannot cut the vegetables properly.
