Answer:

7π or 21.99

Explanation:

perimeter is the same as the circumference so we do pi times diameter

the diameter is equal to radius doubled so 14+14=28

pi times 28 =28pi

then to find a quarter circle its 28pi divided by 4 wich is 7pi or 21.99
