what to email to teacher bc we have test today and i didn't show up for 4 days in school last week and tomorrow im going to absent again . what should i say to my teacher. i have been sick n having a hard time n didnt finish some works

For the past few days, I haven't been in school due to feeling very sick. I cannot be at school tomorrow either. I don't know enough of the information to take the test, so is there any way it can be rescheduled? I will try my hardest to catch up on the work, but for now I haven't been able to because I don't feel well.
