let's say one person who was born and let's say 2006 was born in August. let's say another person who was born in 2005 was born in September. let's say specifically the person born in August was let's say August 5th. In the person born in September's birthday is specifically September 2nd. they are both in the same grade. when the person who is born in August turns let's say 16. would the person born in September already be 16 or would they still be 15 but still technically older because they were born 2005? please help ​
