To find y2 and x2 look at the point on the right and fined the coordinates. For Y1 and x1 look at the point on the left and find the coordinates

(1) 2, (2) -5/4, (3) 7/5, (4) -7/4, (5) 3/5, (6) -1/4, (7) 3, (8) -1/2, (9) 1/6

Explanation:

each line had points on it. what you want to do is go to the bottom point. then go up until you hit the line where the other point is. then go to the side to where the other line is. make sure you're counting the whole time. if it can be simplified (ex: 2/4), simplify it. if the line is pointing to the left, it is negative. remember, rise over run, if pointing left it's negative, and draw a triangle from the points (which i didnt say but it works).
