Answer: 1600
Explanation:
Principal (P) = 5000
Rate (R) = 8%
Time (T) = 4 years
S.I = PRT/100
Therefore,
= PRT/100
= (P * R * T)/100
= (5000 * 8 * 4)/100
= (40000 * 4)/100
= 160000/100
=> 1600
Therefore, S.I = 1600
