Controlled fires are very beneficial for a variety of reasons. Fires not only create more opportunity but also safety. Through fires we can guarantee the safety of catastrophic fires.

Fires help improve our habitats. Fires burn and destroy unnecessary fuel, by this catastrophic fire numbers will be greatly decreased. Also, when these fires burn dead areas that have dead trees and other plants, it takes that nutrients and gives it back to the ground. After these fires our done the soil is greatly benefited with nutrition.

When the soil is improved so is the number of plants. More and more endangered plants can be saved. Endangered forests can be restored with the help of fires. With controlled fires removing areas that are filled with dead plants, it gives seeds the chance to grow. With the help of this flame, we can save our forests.

Many plants and animals actually rely on fires. In fact the world's largest species of trees, the giant Sequoias, require fires to reproduce. This giant also is in fact nearly fire proof so, the population of the species will not be affect negatively but will be affected in a very positive way. The arguably 8th Wonder of the World requires fire so their cones can open. When heat attacks the cones, the seeds are released and scattered on the ground. With fire we can keep the population of this Wonder up.

Because of these and many other reasons, fires are in fact good. Fire is necessary for plant growth, and saves our forests. The controlled flame also provides safety for us and animals. In the end, fires should be supported and should continue to happen.
