Answer: For the procrastinating about no deadline question... I know this sounds a bit old school but I love to make a list of things I need to complete for the day and the more I cross out the better i feel motivated to do stuff and don't go on your phone until your done with ALL your work or don't put it near you. If you wanna get your life together here are some tips!
1) Cut toxic people out of your life (Set boundaries and cut off drama)
2) Set short/ long term goals
3)Take better care of your physical and mental health (Working out is a good way to get better health) For mental health, talk to someone you trust because the more you get out of your system the better you will be mentally.
4) Create a GOOD routine
5) Push yourself to do even better (Not everyone likes this one)
6) Let go of the things you can’t control!!
7) Live one day at a time. (Yesterday is the past so that means you can't change anything from yesterday anymore, so just focus of the present and the future)
