The equation of a line is y=mx+c
Where m is the gradient and c is the y intercept
If you substitute m with 0.5 and c with 2 the answer will be y=0.5x+2

Answer:

y=(1)/(2) x+2

Explanation:

To find this you can use slope-intercept form which is y=mx+b where m=slope and b=y-intercept. You just have to plug both numbers in, giving you
y=(1)/(2) x+2.
