Answer:

8%

Explanation:

new length = 110% x 30 = 33cm

new width = 105% x 20 = 21cm

new perimeter = 2(33 + 21) = 108cm

old perimeter = 2(30 + 20) = 100cm

percentage increase = 8/100 x 100% = 8%
