Answer: A good meal is mainly just one that includes a variety of things in it. Such as protein, grains, vegetables, etc. Anywho a good, standard one is bacon, eggs, toast, OJ or milk, and some butter. Second breakfast could be An omelette, Toast, ham, and some OJ or milk. Lunch can be a sandwich with some kind of meat, chips, (I say this because it's good to have a LITTLE fat/carbs/calories/whatever you wanna say) and A glass of water. A second lunch can be just a simple PB&J because it has your sugar (Which is needed for energy to put it simply) protein, and your grains, with again a glass of water. A good dinner could be some kind of cooked pasta with a meaty sauce, with some greens mixed in, or burritos, because they mostly contain meat, vegetables, grain, and you can really drink whatever for dinner.
