B (3, 1). Find the equation of the line that contains the given segment.

y = -5x+16

Explanation:

I think this is the answer. The slope of A and B is -5x, because

(1-11)/(3-1) = -5

Then solve for b by inputting one of the points

11 = -5(1) + b

11 = -5 + b

b = 16

Put it all together.
