y = 5x/4 + 10

Explanation:

If two lines are parallel, the slopes are equal

The equation of a straight line is y = mx + c

where m is slope and c is y-intercept

So in this case 5/4 is also the slope m of the second line

we can write the equation as;

y-y1 = m(x-x1)

y-0 = 5/4(x + 8)

y = 5x/4 + 10
