Lisa is a point L, Molly is at M and a tree stick at point S.

By applying sine rule in ΔLMS,


\frac{\text{SinL}}{\text{SM}}=\frac{\text{SinM}}{LS}=\frac{\text{SinS}}{\text{LM}}


\frac{\text{Sin(54)}}{22}=\frac{\text{Sin(103)}}{\text{LS}}

LS =
\frac{22* \text{Sin}(103)}{\text{Sin(54)}}

LS = 26.5 ft

Therefore, distance between Lisa and the tree in the water is 26.5 ft.
