\frac{\text{Sin(54)}}{22}=\frac{\text{Sin(103)}}{\text{LS}}

LS =
\frac{22* \text{Sin}(103)}{\text{Sin(54)}}

LS = 26.5 ft

Therefore, distance between Lisa and the tree in the water is 26.5 ft.
