This is a straight line. We only need 2 points to graph a straight line.

Let x = 0

y = -(0) - 1

y = -1

Our first point is (0,-1).

Let x = 1

y = -(1) - 1

y = -2

Our second point is (1,-2).

See attachment for graph.
