Answer:(x+2)(3x-2)

Explanation:

3x^2 +4x-4

AC method

_×_= ac=-12

_+_=b = 4

6 and -2

But because a is multiplied by 3 you need to divide both by 3 so 6/3 is 2 and because you can not divide -2 by three you move the 3 back to the x and leave it as (3x-2)
