Explanation: if you put it in the stomach, you have a high chance of puncturing an organ, the shoulder and arm would probably take a while to deliver the medicine to where it needs to go, the thigh is a sure place where you won't accidentally puncture an organ and make more problems, and it's a good open area of skin.
