Where would we be without the third amendment?

Answer: “No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.” Without the third amendment people wouldn't have rights over their own homes. Strangers would be allowed in and could have control over your home.
