Answer:

1. During part 2. The y-axis (line going up) represents his distance. At part 1, his distance stays the same because he is sitting in the park. At part 2 we see the line go down, which means his distance from home is decreasing.

2.At part 3. His distance stays the same, which represents him waiting in line. We know this because the line stays at the same distance and the time increases(this is the x-axis)

3. There would be another part of the graph. If he had stopped again, there would have been another straight line with the distance the same and the time increasing.
