du hast

er/sie/es hat

wir haben

ihr habt

Sie/sie haben

Sein:

ich bin

du bist

er/sie/es ist

Sie/sie sind

Part b.

1. ist

2. hat

3. sind

4. hast

5. it should be bist because most of the verbs in front of du end in -st, but that answer isn't there so if I were to guess I would say seid.
