A researcher asks each subject to rate the quality of six cookies. The six cookies vary in batter

(sugar, peanut butter, or oatmeal) and in filler (raisins or chocolate chips). Each subject rates one of each type of cookie.

A descriptive research designs are type of research designs that are used to measure accurately the situation of a population. Descriptive research designs are also used to take the measurement or answer the what,when,where and also how questions, but not necessarily why questions.

B) Identify the number of conditions: There are 2 number of conditions present here;

- The participant has to rate the cookies, that's is rate the quality of the cookies varying in batter( as it varies in the batter)

- The participant also has to give rating or rate the quality of the cookies varying in filler.

C) Identify the design type;

The design type there is survey (survey type).
