Take the time to reflect, instead of hating yourself for hating other people's opinions, accept that, that reaction is normal and move on. Doing this will help you to become a better person and to not stoop to their level.
Accept the reasons to why they think that way. What caused them to think that way? Instead of thinking that they're just mean or wrong, think about why they're saying that. No one says things for no reason. Learn to accept it without blowing up
Talk to them. People may call you sensitive, but they need to accept that they made you unhappy and about how it made you feel. If they don't understand, they aren't worth your time. Just accept that you can't change anyone.
Self confidence- people will tell you mean things but if you know that you're happy and there's nothing you don't like about yourself, that's all that matters. Some people try to put other's down instead of themselves. Accept that.
