Part A: 16x^2 -56x+49

I'm not quite sure on Part B and C though, sorry :/.

Explanation:

To find the expression we need to solve (4x-7)•(4x-7)

4x•4x = 16x^2

4x•-7= -28x

-7•4x= -28x

-7•-7=49

Combine alike terms

16x^2-56x+49
