i think the answer is 40:64 = 50:80

40:64 and 50:80
How?
Let’s do decimals first. 40 divided by 64 is 0.625
50 divided by 80 is also 0.625
And fractions?
Simplify:
40:64 = 50:80
Is also
5/8 = 5/8
