2(z - 1) = 4(z + 5)

2z - 2 = 4z + 20

minus 2z from the whole equation

-2 = 2z + 20

add 2 to the other side

0 = 2z + 22

2z = -22

z = -11

there is only one solution cuz its a linear equation ( not sure tho )
