3.) A certain amount of money was divided among Ann, Bob, and Carol, Ann received ⅓ of the money plus ₱ 10,000 while Bob received ¼ of the money plus ₱20,000 and Carol received ₱20,000. How much did Ann and Bob receive?​

Explanation:

Let total amount of money be ₱x.

1/3x + 10000 + 1/4x + 20000 + 20000 = x

50000 = x - 1/3x - 1/4x

50000 = 5/12x

10000 = 1/12x

x = 120000

Ann received: 1/3(120000) + 10000 = 50000

Bob received: 1/4(120000) + 20000 = 50000
