Answer:The least expensive per pound is ham. and the most expensive is the roast beef.

Explanation:

Ham: ($14.50)/(1 3/4 lb) = $14.50/(1.75 lb) = $8.29/lb

Turkey: ($26.25)/(2 1/2 lb) = $26.25/(2.5 lb) = $10.50/lb

Roast beef: ($5.50)/(3/8 lb) = $5.50/(0.375 lb) = $14.67/lb
