8 is 4
9 is 55.3
8 because
[15+ 3^2] / 6
15+9/6= 24/6
24/6 =4
and 9 because
3 1/4 x 2 = 6 1/2 and 7- 6 1/2= 1/2
4^3 + 1/2 - 9.2 = 64 + 1/2 - 9.2 = 64.5 -9.2= 55.3
