Answer: y=5x+8

Explanation:

first you solve for y:
5x - y = 4
-5x -5x


(-y)/(-1) =
(-5x+4)/(-1)

y = 5x - 4

slope of given line: 5
slope of a parallel line: 5

plug in slope:
y = 5x + b

find b, which is 8 :)

plug it in!

y = 5x + 8
